Fall Retreat:
Cornerstone holds its fall retreat each October(ish!) where students get away from campus to a nearby campsite and enjoy nature, fellowship and of course time with God! This is a pivotal time for many students as they grow deeper in their faith and closer to each other. Jubilee Conference: Every February, the CCO holds the Jubilee Conference right here in Pittsburgh at the David Lawrence Convention Center downtown. It is three days of worship, prayer and teachings in four topics: creation, fall, redemption and restoration. There are guest speakers, great worship and fellowship with college students from all over the country! jubileeconference.com Spring Break Trips: Over spring break, Cornerstone hosts several trips for students to go on to serve and grow closer to God. Previous places have included Arizona (working with The Naomi House), Florida (in conjunction with Pitt's Habitat for Humanity club), New York (silence and solitary trip at The Abbey of the Genesee) and backpacking trips. |
